Under this legislation:

- Millions of immigrants living in the United States will be prohibited from obtaining driver's licenses.

These provisions are blatantly anti-immigrant. They were cut from last year's intelligence reform bill in response to widespread opposition.

But now the House of Representatives is scheduled to vote on these provisions -- the centerpiece of the REAL ID Act -- as early as tomorrow.
