Body Positive - Community-based organization dedicated to assisting newly-diagnosed individuals and their lovers, partners, caregivers, families and friends services provided through an extensive network of professionally supervised peer educators and more than 100 volunteers often in collaboration with other neighborhood-based agencies.

GALDE- The Lesbian and Gay Empowerment Organization (GALDE) was founded in November 2001. We seek to increase the political visibility of the Dominican LGBT community and to provide HIV/health awareness, educational, and cultural activities.
We intend to provide a safe space and essential human services to empower, educate and support Lesbian, Gay, Bisexualand Transgender Dominicans. We seek to organize and advocate on behalf of the Dominican LGBT community in the political arena as well as combating homophobia through educational and social activities. We plan to integrate massive outreach and educational efforts to include the many members of our community to help them live better lives. Quisgleya - Dominican gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender organization whose purpose is to provide a supportive welcome environment within a safe space where we can identify, receive support and promote positive change, through social, cultural, informational and educational programming.

Sexual Compulsives Anonymous - SCA is a 12-Step fellowship, inclusive of all sexual orientations, open to anyone with a desire to recover from sexual compulsion. There are no requirements for admission to meetings: anyone having difficulties with sexual compulsion is welcome. |
